Confirmation Procedure and Cancellation Policy

A confirmation message will be sent to you by your preferred contact method either by text or email 7 days before your appointment. We ask that you reply YES / NO or call us immediately to reschedule. Guests have up until 48 hours before their booking to cancel.

Please note our strict same day cancellation policy.

We have a strict same day cancellation policy to cancel or amend your appointment. If anything is changed in this time frame a 50% fee of the services booked will be payable. If you have a deposit from an online booking then this will go towards the 50% and the difference will then be payable.

If any guest does not show up to their appointment at the scheduled time or cancels within 2 hours 100% charge of the expected bill will be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment within 48hrs if we have not received confirmation from guest after multiply attempts of communication.
